Hausprofile by Hooked Strategy operates the Hausprofile website and service at hausprofile.com, a link-in-bio platform for property agents in Singapore.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored securely hashed), and the content you add to your profile — including photos, listings, links, and page settings.

We also collect basic usage data such as page views and link clicks on your public profile (Plus plans and above), and payment-related identifiers when you subscribe via Stripe.

• Billing data handled by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

How we use your information

We use your data to provide and improve Hausprofile — to host your public page, authenticate you, process subscriptions, and display analytics in your dashboard.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payments. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data you provide at checkout.

Your public page may link to external sites (WhatsApp, PropertyGuru, etc.). We are not responsible for those sites’ privacy practices.

Data retention & security

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
